How long are you going to...

Wait for the situation to change?

Keep getting affected by others?

Wait for the wheels of fortune to take a turn?

Wait for others to help you out?…

Meditation is a way of life and not just a technique. You could begin with any technique and finally be in a state of mind where you are constantly connected to the metaphysical realm.

It is natural for everyone to experience this connection periodically. With…

I like being call my soul as my temple. The subject itself is really interesting truly.

There is no temple in four walls, but your soul itself is your temple and one need to pray for oneself so that problems are avoided within yourself and if you are healthy you can heal others.

Good concept.

I have attended 3 half sessions, due to time constrains.

This moment..

One step at a time in the journey of life's emotions,

Little water droplets make the seas and oceans,

The flowers that bloom in the light of the morning star,

Not in the least troubled that the time to wither is not that far,

The stretch of green land standing tall in all it's glory,

To sow the seeds of hope to see them ripe is their story,

Today, the present, this moment, now,

To these are what you need to take a bow,

Cherish them,…

Do you love pain?

Pain, can be silent killer or noisy conscious poking. Everyone has experience some kind of pain here or there, lots accepted it and lived life having it while others knew that they deserve a better life than that.

What is pain and where did it come from? Do we need it or not? Lots of questions which are not spoken up anymore because the majority have thought that pain is part of life and living and the pain is The Creator choice for us (he created pain as well as he created… Continue

How to be free from pain?

I differ with some of the greatest preachers of the world who said the pain is a must.

I also invite you to re-look at you your beliefs "No Pain, No Gain" or "Pain brings you closer to God"

Yes, we do get pain when we walk on the path we are not meant to walk on. That is when we keep hitting obstacles...

P.A.I.N. to me simply means that I need to Pay Attention to the Inner World Now.

When we emote and think in an erroneous manner, we invite…

‘ Aham Brahmasmi’,- The Divine lies within

The Mahakavyas (great sayings) are the extractions from the Vedas. ‘Aham Brahmasmi’, is a Mahakavya that has been extracted from the ‘Yajur Veda’.  This translated is ‘I am Brahman’, which has a great meaning.

There are billions of people on this earth and most of them follow a certain religion. Some are spiritual; some are atheists while some others are both spiritual and religious. Every individual is different; every individual has…

Life is an echo..

Books have always inspired me, motivated me, healed me and helped me evolve. When I began writing this post about an inspirational book, something triggered a thought that took me back to my childhood. I used to read a lot of works by Ruskin Bond as a child and I remembered a short story that I had read that left me with fond impressions in inexplicable ways. As many of you might know, most of Ruskin Bond’s stories are based on nature. If nothing, the story is setup amidst hills and…

be aware about your emotion in relationship...

We have to be aware that there always have to be two people involved for there to be an unhappy or conflicting exchange. When we are in any conflict, it is difficult to see & understand the true causes & real energy of the process of the conflict. The emotions that arise inside us during a conflict distract us & even blind us. In the first place, it is important to recognize that your response in any situation of conflict is your contribution to the conflict.

There's a reason..

My first visit back to my parents place after my wedding was nearing it’s end. I was in Bengaluru and my flight to Kuwait was from Chennai. My mother-in-law was to accompany me to Chennai. So we were all packed including the medicinal herbs like ‘Pathimugam’, the pink herb used for boiling water, ‘rr-hut’, the white powder that’s good for digestion and ayurvedic medicine bottles that we had got from Kerala. After checking and re-checking we had…

connect to the universal mind...

When we are unsure of who to trust, how to respond, or what we require, the answers lie in our inner wisdom. It knows where we are going & understands where we are coming from, taking this into account though it is not a product of experience but rather a piece of our connection to the universal mind.

Find time for yourself....

You could schedule time each day to meditate on peace & experience what it feels like to be calm & serene. It takes practice to learn how to let go of your worries, so give yourself some time. Inhale deeply & feel your worries dissolve with every exhale. Remind yourself that soon enough you will be able to take care of everything you need to, but right now you are taking a break. As the clutter of your thoughts & concerns clear away, you will start to feel more serene. Allow…
